For an ASN, SNDS will use WHOIS equally to how it does for IPs, in that it will authorize any email addresses present in the ASN report taken care of from the registrars.  On effective receipt on the authorization e-mail and clicking within the link it incorporates, SNDS will then give the consumer entry to the many subnets marketed by that ASN.
